Jell-O has made the preparation so simple
Yield: Makes 8 tarts
1 | pkg. | (3 1/4 oz.) Jell-O Vanilla Pudding and Pie Filling | |

8 | baked 3-inch tart shells (frozen, packaged, or home-baked) | ||
|
|||
1 - 2 | cups | assorted fruit (see suggested fruits below) | |
|
|||
1 | pkg. | (3 oz.) Jell-O Strawberry, Raspberry or Orange Gelatin | |
|
Prepare pudding as directed on package; chill.
Divide evenly among tart shells. Top with any of the fruit combinations below, arranging in neat design. Chill.
Meanwhile prepare gelatin as directed on package. Chill until thickened. Spoon gelatin over tarts, using just enough to cover fruit with a smoooth glaze. Chill until ready to serve. Pour remaining gelatin into serving dish and chill to use at another time. Garnish with prepared Dream Whip Whipped Topping or whipped cream, if desired.
Note: Recipe may be doubled for party serving.
Suggested fruits: Blueberries and grapes, blueberries and peaches, strawberries and green grapes, strawberries and bananas, blueberries and green grapes, green grapes and mandarin orange sections, canned pineapple slice with stemmed Bing cherry in center, blueberries with whole strawberry in center, apricot halves garnished with mint sprigs, layered peach slices, whole strawberries
