1 | cup | shredded sharp yellow Cheddar cheese (4 ozs. ) | |

1 | medium clove garlic, crushed | ||

2 | tablespoons | Steak Sauce | |

|||
6 | English muffins, fork split, toasted and buttered | ||

BASIC A.1. HAMBURGERS | |||

|||
1 1/2 | lbs. | ground beef | |
|
|||
1 1/2 | teaspoons | salt (optional) | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | A.1. Steak Sauce | |
|
Prepare Basic A.1. Hamburgers: In medium bowl, lightly combine all ingredients. Form 6 patties to fit bread shape of your choice. Broil, barbecue or pan fry until cooked as desired. Combine cheese, onion, garlic and A.1. Spread 2 tablespoons over each cooked hamburger patty. Broil to melt cheese. Serve on muffins.
